Anyone applying can not share email addresses. Each applicant must have their own email address.
Requirements - Per Applicant

NO EVICTIONS, NO FELONIES, NO UTILITY COLLECTIONS,
NO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COLLECTIONS, MUST MAKE 2 ½ TIMES THE RENT.
Copy of Valid ID, 2 Months of Bank Statements & Pay Stubs
Self Employed: 3 Months of Bank Statements, 1 year of Tax Returns Required
*Child Support, Alimony are not qualified as stable income.
