*Late fees (after the 5th) - will be 10% of the rent due plus other fees if it applies to your contract.
 
Hardship - If you are unable to make your rent payment on time, it is our policy that you must complete and sign a Hardship Form to our office no later than the close of business day on the 5th of each month. It will be submitted to the Owner of the unit for their decision on how to handle this matter. A *late fee may still be applied.
